Job Summary:
We are looking for a fast-paced, creative Graphics Designer to join our live broadcast team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling lower-thirds, full-screen graphics, animated transitions, and data visualizations that run during live events, worship services, and broadcast productions. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and can turn around high-quality designs in real-time or immediately before a show.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and animate broadcast-quality graphics including title cards, lower-thirds, countdowns, and social media integration overlays.
• Collaborate with the Director to ensure graphic elements match the theme, mood, and branding of the broadcast.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of graphics with video switching and lighting.
• Create motion graphics for opening sequences and commercial breaks.
• Maintain a library of templates and assets for quick customization during rapid-fire live segments.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent with 1-2 years minimum.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition for video.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments with strict time deadlines.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Job Summary:
Ammiel Media Live is seeking two skilled Camera Operators to capture dynamic, steady, and compelling footage during live events. You will be responsible for operating professional broadcast cameras to provide the Director with clean feeds for switching. This role requires excellent framing skills, the ability to anticipate action, and strong communication with the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate studio or field cameras during live productions (concerts, conferences, church services).
• Maintain proper framing, focus, and exposure based on the Director’s cues.
• Manage camera cabling and battery logistics to ensure continuous operation.
• Follow shot sheets and production scripts to ensure coverage of all key moments.
• Coordinate with the Audio team to ensure proper camera placement without interfering with sound.
• Perform basic maintenance and setup/takedown of camera equipment before and after shows.
• Operate jibs, sliders, or gimbals as required for specific production needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience operating professional video cameras (Sony FS7, Canon C300, or broadcast studio cameras) but not needed.
• Deep understanding of camera settings (shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance) but not needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy equipment.
• Strong visual composition skills and the ability to follow live direction instantly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a loud, fast-paced environment.
AMMIEL MEDIA VIDEOGRAPHY

Job Summary:
Ammiel Media Videography is looking for a creative and technically proficient Videographer to capture stunning visual narratives. Unlike our live division, this role focuses on pre-recorded content, promotional videos, interviews, music videos, and cinematic storytelling. You will be responsible for the visual look of the project from lighting to camera operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute video shoots for various projects (corporate, music, events, social media).
• Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting rigs, and audio gear for high-quality productions.
• Select and set camera angles, lenses, and filters to achieve the desired cinematic look.
• Collaborate with the Video Editor and Director to plan shots that will edit well.
• Manage video files, backups, and data storage on set.
• Scout locations and assess lighting conditions to prepare for shoots.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and inventoried.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Portfolio demonstrating strong cinematography and lighting skills.
• Expertise with DSLR/Mirrorless or Cinema cameras (Sony A7S III, Blackmagic, RED, etc.).
• Knowledge of grip equipment and lighting techniques (3-point lighting, natural light).
• Ability to direct talent on set to achieve authentic performances.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport equipment to various locations.
Nice to Have:
• Drone pilot license for aerial videography.
• Experience with tethered shooting in a studio environment.

The Video Editor at Ammiel Media is the final architect of the story. You will take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging, and emotionally resonant content. We are looking for an editor who understands pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration to produce high-end deliverables for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit raw footage into cohesive final products including promos, testimonials, music videos, and sizzle reels.
• Perform color correction and color grading to establish a consistent visual style.
• Design and integrate motion graphics, titles, and transitions.
• Mix and master audio, including dialogue cleanup, sound effects, and music synchronization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Videographer to provide feedback on shots needed during the editing process.
• Export final deliverables in various formats suitable for broadcast, web, and social media.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Keen eye for visual storytelling and rhythm.
• Experience with audio editing and mixing.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently.

We are hiring two talented and versatile Photographers to join our photography division. This role requires creativity, technical excellence, and the ability to connect with subjects. You will be responsible for covering everything from high-energy events to intimate portraits and product photography. We are looking for one photographer with a strong portraiture/studio background and another with strong event/photojournalism skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality images for clients including corporate headshots, family portraits, commercial products, and large-scale events.
• Setup and operate studio lighting, backdrops, and modifiers for indoor shoots.
• Scout and utilize natural light for outdoor and on-location shoots.
• Direct subjects and groups to pose effectively and convey the desired emotion.
• Curate and select the best images for delivery to clients.
• Perform basic retouching and color correction in Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop.
• Manage digital assets and maintain an organized photo archive.
• Maintain camera equipment and lighting gear.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience with professional photography gear (Canon EOS R5, Nikon Z series, Sony Alpha).
• Strong understanding of exposure, composition, and lighting theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to make clients feel comfortable in front of the camera.
